1981 bar & eatery is the latest addition to the popular Macs bars that have become synonomous with great food and funky decor. We were asked to create a handful of assets for 1981 including cassette tape shaped business cards, a 2.5 metre coming soon billboard and a number of posters to be displayed throughout the building. Maldito Mendez is an exciting new addition to New Zealand’s catering scene, offering traditional South American streetfood. Top chefs Sarah Ginella and Nico Mendez bring years of experience and flair to ensure a unique experience is had by all their customers. We were asked to create their brand from scratch, starting with their logo and culminating in their 6 metre long mobile kitchen. We were asked to make sure the branding was unique, and embodied the ‘rough and honest’ nature of South America.
